Monday this week was absolutely crazy. What the hell is up with JBL what a ****. I am just waiting for Shawn Micheals to kick him in the face. I know it will happen, when JBL least expects it. Then Chris Jericho he needs to fight his own battles. And Randy needs to realize that Y2J is using him for that reason only. I mean my god Jericho pinned Randy the week before to become the number one contender. You would think that Randy would be pissed at that. Since he has been ****ing about not having the Championship match in the first place. Oh well John Cena will get them all back anyway count on that. And besides Randy has bigger trouble Batista. We switched on the Beeb  TV to get a brief report on the Queen's Speech at 6.55pm  as advertised only to be confronted with a full blown party political broadcast on behalf of the Labour party. Almost as if an election was imminent.

Commons Speaker, Michael Martin insisted he did not authorise the raid on Green's office, nor was he aware that officers did not have a warrant.

He also said that the Metropolitan police informed Jill Pay, the serjeant at arms, last Wednesday that the arrest of an MP was being contemplated. The identity of the MP was not disclosed.

Sorry for asking but:

1. He was not aware the Met did not have a warrant and did not ask for one... When have stupidity been an excuse? The man is incompetent if that was the case!
2. If the serjant at arms knew a couple of days ahead of the arrest then surely the Commons Speaker must have been notified - as well as the Commons Speaker who by then would check the rules...? If not then we do not just have a Master of Dark Arts but also a Master of Total Incompetence!

In either case the Government must have been aware of at the very least that an MP was about to be arrested. If that did not trigger any thought processes then...

Sir Paul, the Acting Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Service, said the police had known this was going to be a "sensitive" inquiry. That is why I can't imagine them not studying the rule book before entering Houses of Parliament. 

But on the other hand - this Government's Business Secretary Lord Mandelson are accusing the Tories of using parliamentary privilege as a "smokescreen" to disguise their alleged involvement in criminal offences. At the same time Sir Paul stressed that the force "should be held to account at the appropriate time".  Yet - Mr Green was accused of "grooming" his Home Office source, rather than simply receiving leaks. That is not the best indication of an unbiased investigation...

So the Government and the Metropolitan Police Service are influencing the public via the headlines whilst the civil servant (having been in the same detention as IRA etc.) are not allowed to speak up. I see more and more similarities with banana republics such as Zimbabwe! Their efforts to undermine a fair case almost seems coordinated...!

Home secretary Jacqui Smith must have known - even the name of the MP to be arrested. But although she might not have ordered it directly then she did not stop it, show any kind of sympathy for Mr. Green etc. She merely referred to the independence of police. And pigs can fly! All senior jobs are filled by officers appointed by politicians. Incl. the main ones in this case.

So now we have Blair's Broadcasting Culprits (BBC) and Metropolitan Political Servants (MPS). A bad cocktail indeed for a country pretending to be democratic and free. But very supportive for a governing gang that want to prevent the public to be able to keep them accountable, who does not want the public to be confused by having too much information (why they kindly select and spin the information they find us fit to digest) etc.

How can we tell Iraq and other countries how to act when we haven't got our own act together.

The following persons must be sacked, either directly or via votes of no confidence:

1. The Commons Speaker
2. The Serjeant at Arms
3. The Acting Commissioner and the officer in charge of this 'investigation'
4. The Home Secretary

SERIOUSLY! I really don't want a lot. But, I would like for my family is the two bathrooms fixed (mold). There is six of us in a small house having to use one shower w/mold--the other shower is rotting away. And it would be nice to have: food for the fridge and pantry and for my two sons to have some new clothing (they are 14 and 15 and have grown!)

I have been out of work due a temporary disability since Dec. 2007. My husband works long hours and its still not enough. My temp. dis. checks ended in June/July 2008. My doctor signed a paper that I cannot find another job until January 2009. Along with me, my husband our 2 teenage boys are our mothers; one who is severely handicapped and one that had a knee replacement this year.

Two weekends ago I was in a multiple car accident (not my fault) while borrowing my mothers car, because my husbands vehicle got a flat and these tires were through a special order only....so he had borrowed my vehicle. We have always worked so hard for everything...times have been bad..but, this year has really been terrible!!!
