Smudge

Greetings, I did my first smudge tonight. It was kinda crude but I guess it was the best I could do at this time. Did a smudge of myself and my 14 yr old grandson who lives with me. He thought it was pretty neat. Hopefully I will get better at this. Of course I am one who thinks the 1st time I do anything it must be perfect. Am gradually turning that idea out of the mind. Hi Everyone,
I have always been interested in the MYSTIC and NATIVE AMERICAN rituals and how they pertaint
to my life. The interest has gotten stronger since I have been reading the book THE FOUR AGREEMENTS by Don Miguel Ruiz.
I have been a widow since 2002. I have worked in the medical field off and on since 1960.
I have 2 grown children, one of each. I have 4 blood grandchildren and 5 married into the family grandchildren with a total of 7 (I think) great grandchildren.
My favorite things to do:
sewing, reading, attempts at decorating and having fun
The people I trust most are my oldest friends:
The #1 is the one I have had since I was in 5th grade!
I have 1 dog and 2 cats. The dog is a cross between a pug and hinze 57
1cat (black and white) is 15yrs old and the other is all black 13 yrs old.
Would like to know more about the Native American ways
